Making History

It brings me so much joy and excitement to witness history in the making. Who would ever thought, that we would have a black president. It really moves me to see how many people that have participated in this presidency. People thought that this day would not come for years or even if it would come at all. Barack Obama has put faith and hope into so many hearts and have should people that anything is possible. This presidency has given our nation the push it needs to work for a better future. I truly believe that Barack Obama will lead America into it greatest point in history and rebuild our nation.

"You don't appreciate what you have until its gone."This quote is recited over and over again by many. Many take for granted what they have. Many don't realize that they have everything that they need and just act upon things that they want.Today in society, we act as if we have nothing but really we have everything. During December school break I experience a horrible tragedy. I will not explain what happen but it change my way of thinking. Everything that I had is gone. I have realized now how spoiled I was. I should have been grateful for what was in front me but instead I was blinded by greed and now that I have clear sight it is to late. My eyes have opened and my mind had broaden to a higher level of recognizing that children, teenagers and adults never accept what they have is all that they need. I Believe that everyone should take a step back and really think about what they have whether its a physical objects, someone important in there life, or just what makes you unique, and what you have to offer to the world even if it may not seem that special. It can be anything. LIFE is a mystery so be grateful for today and what you have because tomorrow it may not be there or neither could you.

We dont know whats NEXT!!!!!

So many students don't know what to do after graduation. Some think that everything will work out for the best, that everything will play out fine. Some are scared, because there afraid of what in life will approach them next. Some students screwed up there whole senior year and don't know where there going to go or what there going to do. But that's not me.
Yeah I like to have fun, play around and enjoy life. But I know when to stop. I know when I have to become focused and get my head on track. I plan to be successful in my life. I don't know what challenges life is going to throw at me but I'm prepared and ready to face them. I want to pursue in a career of physical therapy. I plan to obtain a doctorate degree and use that degree to help other. I'm not doing this because I know that good money will come from this, but just because I this is what i want to do.
So ask yourself, do you know what you want to do? And if you don't that's fine. But as long as you are prepared and will accept what is thrown at you. know that you have to work for what you want that everything will not land in the palm of your hands.

Ecnomic crisis!!!

During this economic crisis, so many people are suffering and so many are just making it by. I have notices that just about everybody I know, talks about how they need money or that money is tight. Some say that were going to go into another depression and some say that Obama will fix it. But we really don't know what will happen. Not only are the people suffering but banks, business and corporation are to. Some just downsize, some close and some are bailed out by the government.
The one question that I ask is how did we get to this point? why are we here? We were at our peak and now it seems that we are on the way to our lowest point. And with all the holidays that are coming up it makes thing even more harder. Parent don't want to disappoint there kids and get them what they want. But yet they have to find a way to keep the lights and heat on. Today some, don't even look forward to the holidays because they know that they have to dig deep in there pockets to find nothing but a dime.

Just be Single

Today in life so many teen are in relationships. They go out just to do it, gain popularity or maybe because they really like that person. But all it does is create STRESS. At first it may seem that everything in the world may be at the palm of your hands but then it changes.
As soon as you become apart of a relationship you then have more worries. You can never know if they cheated on you or will. You then have to make time for them. Slowly but surely you start to notice that you have no time to spend with your friends. Even the ones who you were closet to. There will always be arguments that will make you feel as though you have weight over your shoulder.
And then sometimes you find that the person that you thought you were in love with, the one that you thought was everything is nothing. Or now there jealous of every person of the opposite sex that talk to you. And wants to do nothing but be with them. You see who they truly are. Or maybe that person that you are with has done nothing wrong, but it is you who has change. You find that you don't want to be with him/her. and now you have to worry about hurting someones feelings.
When your single you don't have to worry about none of this. You do what you please whenever you want to. you don't have to worry about someone watching you over your shoulder. SO JUST BE SINGLE!!!!!

Senior Year!

Nobody never said that it would be this hard. When entering into our senior nobody never said how much stress it would bring you. No one never pulled us to the side and said prepare yourself. Well now its to late.

Trying to find out where you want to be for the next couple of years is not that easy. Many senior are having serious problems deciding what they want to be or just trying to find out what they want to major in. It bring us so much stress with so many deadlines and diffrent demands. And not just college is what stressing us. Just knowing that next year we wont be with the same people anymore our friends, family and even the teachers that we have grown so close to wont be there. Finally on our own. No one said it would never be this hard.
